Unsere Geschichte ist echt.
Hinter Anormal stehen Livia und Ronny, die wissen, wie es ist zu kämpfen. Unsere Vergangenheit war geprägt von Missbrauch, Milieu und Sucht sowie von Unsicherheiten und Situationen, die uns an unsere Grenzen gebracht haben.
Wir wissen, wie schwierig es ist, wieder Fuß zu fassen, wenn einem niemand mehr etwas zutraut. Und genau deshalb tun wir heute das, was wir tun.

The association Anormal pursues exclusively and directly public benefit purposes. It aims to support people who cannot be integrated into the primary labour market or can only be integrated with difficulty due to physical, psychological or social challenges.
Anormal creates low-threshold, protected work and employment offers, tailored to the individual skills and needs of participants. Goal: to promote social integration, self-determination and personal development.

We meet people where they are.
Many people fall through the cracks — through mental health issues, through histories of addiction, through unstable social situations or through a system that has no suitable place for them. Our offer is aimed at:
Work creatively. Live with daily structure.
The clothing is a means to an end — not the main purpose. We build creative work and daily structures around the Anormal brand.
Print, design, produce — directly on Anormal products. Structured workshop work as the core of our daily structure.
We are creating a place: workshop, creative space, pop-up store, meeting zone. A protected space with daily structure and development.

Has been interested in social issues and personal development for years. Own story: processing trauma, addiction — and the way out. Wants to encourage people to believe in themselves.
Larissa Nef
Born 28.08.1989
Project manager with 16+ years in finance, currently Business Initiatives at Bank Vontobel AG. Previously Credit Suisse and Deloitte AG. Brings structure, governance and negotiating strength.
Naomi Thoma
Born 08.06.2005
Completing vocational baccalaureate at secondary school in Zurich, completed apprenticeship as heating systems planner at PZM Zurich AG. Social experience at Stöckenweid Foundation. Brings young perspective, creativity and motivation.
